Cobb, President, CEO

President
and founder of Innovative Benefit Services, Inc., David has
been consulting and advising businesses as well as individuals
in employee benefits and estate planning since 1990. David is
responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company,
establishing leadership within the industry, and pursuing new
market opportunities. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business
Administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting from
Western Michigan University in 1990. In addition to his BBA,
David earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered
Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from the American College
located in Bryn Mawr, PA. David's expertise includes: Employee
Benefits Consulting, Executive Compensation Planning, Estate
Planning, as well as Wealth Accumulation.

E Coe

Orson
E. Coe joined Innovative Benefit Services, Inc., in 2005 bringing
his wisdom of over forty years of experience as a business owner
and operator. Orson enhances our organization further with twenty-five
years of expertise as a licensed life insurance agent. In addition,
he has assisted businesses and individuals with variable contracts,
limited partnerships, retirement plans and mutual funds. A graduate
of Albion College in Business Administration and Economics,
Orson has been recognized with numerous awards for outstanding
achievements in the insurance and financial service businesses.
Orson is knowledgeable in “Estate Planning” as well as “Long
Term Care Planning”. He also works with David in the area of
the Infinite Banking Concept planning. Lastly, Orson is a trusted
advisor to David and has been a huge supporter of him since
David entered the business in 1990.

Doubblestein, CBC
Senior Account Manager |
Since
1998, Ami has specialized in the health and life insurance industry
as an account manager as well as an employee benefits communicator
for Innovative Benefits Services. Ami received her Bachelors
Degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University
in 1997. Ami's responsibilities include but are not limited
to group employee benefit meetings, one-on-one employee enrollment
meetings, new business quoting and processing. In addition,
her versatile expertise allows her to oversee day to day operations
with involvement in all areas of the company. As a Licensed
Agent in health & life insurance and a Chartered Benefit
Consultant (CBC), she has attained the highest level of training
available in consumer-driven plans today. Ami is ready to provide
outstanding service to employers and employees as Senior Account
Manager.

Ritsema
Account Manager |

As Account Manager, Jean has over 14 years in customer service
and office management experience. She received her Bachelors
Degree, in Behavioral Science, from Grand Valley State University.
She started at Innovative Benefit Services as office manager
in 2002 and was promoted to Account Manager in March of 2005.
She assists with new business quotes, group renewals, and administrative
needs. Jean is available to answer all of your employer/employee
benefit and claim questions, as she recently became a Licensed
Agent in health & life insurance. |

Nedwick

Nedwick contributes to the organization with over 23 years of
service as a licensed life, accident and health insurance agent.
She also brings more than 21 years of experience as a registered
representative for New England Securities. Pat has provided
a valuable service as an Investment Advisor Representative since
2006. While working closely with Orson, Pat’s attention
to detail makes her a valuable partner to assist with your financial
service needs. |

| Jennifer
joined Innovative Benefit Services in September of 2007 with
twelve years of customer service experience. She graduated from
Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s of Communication
Arts Degree in Marketing and Advertising. Jennifer has a background
of client relations, classroom instruction and written communication.
She enjoys assisting customers and strives to go beyond your
service expectations. Jennifer eagerly awaits your phone call
and promises to greet you with her warm and friendly personality
as our first point of contact. |
